Raegan tells all her clients that the most important relationship in buying and selling a home is your Realtor. Your Realtor is not only your agent, but your negotiator, trusted counselor and your advocate! Raegan’s number one goal is to put you at ease while she negotiates on your behalf in order to get you the best value or profit in the least amount of time.

Meet Rony

Operations Manager

After leaving Disney and California, she pivoted into event planning & operations at Northpoint Ministries in Atlanta for 7 years and was then recruited by Raegan into real estate, bringing her sharp eye for detail, dynamic event planning skills, logistical genius, and people-first approach to the Raegan Thorp Real Estate Group, where she now serves as Operations Manager. With eight years in the industry, she brings fierce organization, efficiency, and just the right amount of sparkle to every transaction.

Born second in a family of seven (yes—seven!) siblings, Rony was raised with a built-in understanding of relationships, resourcefulness, and grit. Speaking of rhythm: when she’s not orchestrating closings or managing the chaos of a competitive market, you’ll find her tapping her heart out in dance class, crafting or showing off one of her signature oversized earrings from a collection that would make Iris Apfel proud.

Her fur baby, Pepe Le Pew, lives like royalty—and frankly, Rony wouldn’t have it any other way. She brings that same nurturing spirit to her work, her clients, and her community.

Whether it’s a crisis, a closing, or a cha-cha, Rony Pannell shows up ready to lead, love, and make a statement.

From coordinating emergency response strategies at The Walt Disney Company to guiding Atlanta homebuyers through their biggest investments, Rony has built a career on being calm in chaos, strategic under pressure, and fiercely devoted to people. With 17 years at Disney under her belt—including roles in Global Crisis Management and as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios—Rony is no stranger to high-stakes decisions, tight timelines, and keeping cool when the spotlight hits.

As a Crisis Management Training Coordinator and Crisis Instructor, Rony trained over 6,000 employees annually, led preparedness programs across 65 business units, and pioneered a groundbreaking Emergency Shelter Operations initiative in partnership with the American Red Cross. Her leadership touched tens of thousands of lives, from coordinating building teams for over 100 locations in Southern California to developing emergency management courses that empowered employees globally.
